Hi
Done connection tests and all other fixes. Broadband speeds are fast when it's working properly (in excess of 40 mbps), but I'm having to reset my router almost everyday now. It slows to around 1-2.
Could I please have a new router. The current one is probably getting on for well over 5 years old I would think...

You'll need to complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account and address etc, @PB-ONE.
Add your Talktalk phone number / account number in Personal Information.
Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu.....SAVE CHANGES.
Staff are not on here at weekends. They'll respond during the day, Monday to Friday.
