Fibre65 digital voice adaptor

Hi, 

Was recently upgraded to the fibre65 service and currently use the black sagemcomm router with the phone connected to the back. I'd like to replace the router with the eero mesh kit, looking online it looks like I will need a digital voice adaptor. Is it possible to order one of these from talktalk or will I need to buy one myself?

hi Chris, it was a replacement for the standard broadband and phone line so I have the phone connected to the rear voice port on the sagemcomm router. Assume that would suggest voip?

Thanks Michelle. I have already purchased the eero devices from Amazon so I have been using those along with the original router. If I was to buy the digital voice adaptor from amazon as well would I be able to use it with the fibre65 service I have?

Thanks for your post. We only offer the eero and digital voice adapters on certain packages. If you contact our Loyalty Team directly then they may be able to look into this for you and offer you a deal/upgrade which would include this equipment.
