home phone not working since connecting to Digital Voice Adaptor 24hrs ago?

I have no phone light showing on the digital phone adaptor since connecting it, i connected everything as per instructions, when i try to use the home phone i get a message saying "Not Registered? Any help would be appreciated

Hi @DP19OSM#
Normally, the fix for this is to temporarily disconnect the eero from the ONT & connect the Ethernet cable from the Grandstream directly to the ONT in place of the eero. Then do a reset of the Grandstream, whilst connected like this. If it registers now, then reconnect everything as it should be & it should all now be OK.
