Router flashing orange for over 2 days. Open reach engineer tested line and phone socket, all ok. Checked router setup and cabling, powered off for 20 mins, factory reset etc, fault remains. Faulty router? What next?

Hi @BrokenRouter2

Thanks for your reply.

The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Let us know how the connection compares with the new router.

Hello Debbie.

Yes, please send a replacement router. Any idea how long it takes to come?

Thanks, Alison.

Hi @BrokenRouter2

I'm sorry to hear this.

The line test is clear, would you like me to go ahead and order a replacement router for testing?
