Frayed router power cable

Not sure how this community forum works but here's my question: Where do I go to for a new power cable for my router? My problem is that I have an almost broken power cable to the wireless super router. It's where the wire meets the mains plug. It's starting to fray, exposing the inner wire. I've secured it with insulating tape but that can only be a temporary solution. Is it possible for a new power cable/adapter to be sent out to me by TalkTalk?

Hi,
It arrived a couple of days ago. It's been a bit hectic here so I'll connect it over the weekend.
Thanks,
Richard.

Hi,
Thanks for answering so soon.
Yes that would be good. Do I give my details here or do you have them already?
Richard.

Hi RICHCMATHER
I'm sorry to hear this.
I will need to send a replacement router which will include new cables and a return bags for your current router.
Would you like me to arrange this?

Cables etc. are not replaceable individually, but the support team will likely offer you a replacement router. You should get a response from them later today.
