Yes, that's what I did a couple of months back. It showed "Full Fibre" being available, hence why I entered in discussions about renewing my contract.

I think your systems were basically incorrectly stating it was available for a few days and this is what caused the sales person to almost sell it to me.

So I don't trust your systems. I thought I would ask if you had better information which must exist. I'll try and contact OpenReach and see if they will give a better idea. They say 2026 and yet my telegraph pole appears to have the necessary fibre switching enclosure added to it. Many roads around me are available already with "Full Fibre". It cannot be long but stating 2026 is a bit poor by OpenReach.

Thanks

Bizarrely one of your sales folk on chat about 2months ago, almost sold me a "Full Fibre" package. In the end I said no so I could have a look around elsewhere.

I came back to ask again and was told it's not available 🙂

Hi

Availability of Full Fibre is dependant on the roll out schedule by Openreach, and we currently do not have visibility of this.   I can only recommend that you periodically check your post code at https://www.talktalk.co.uk/broadband/fibre
