Full fibre upgrade still not functional

City fibre worked at my property all four lights on there hub are green but new router light remain red. I am still on old broadband and it is working ok.

installation was done on 8 March but it is still not connecting. Fault was reported on 8 March .

city fibre engineer again came on 13 March he tried but still was unable to connect.

Talk talk is saying it is ok from their side City fibre is saying it is ok from their side but router light remains red.
Talk talk should send their own engineer with new router or send me a new router either way this problem should be solved.
