So my building has passed phase 1 installation of fibre I live in a ground floor flat one of my neighbours has virgin media fibre rest of us have no fibre availability, everyone else down the road has access to fibre why still can't I get it and not showing on website availability

Virgin Media has a separete network from other providers. Have you tried a chat with the Future Fibre team? Use the link at the bottom of the page here:
