Grand stream Voip still down after 3 days.

I know a number of people have had issue's this over the weekend with Voip however ours is still  down after 3 days.

Issue - No sound from either incoming our out going calls. Dialling tone heard and phone connects just no sound from either parties. Incoming calls connect but again no sound.

 

Remedies tried.   Pin reset the grandstream at least 3 times over the last 3 days to no effect. (Please note 3 blue lights are present on each reset). Reset the base station on my home phone that connects to the grandstream. 

Have enough of this now so any help would be much appreciated.

Apologies, there was a VOIP outage over the weekend which was resolved yesterday afternoon.

Many Thanks Chris, although powering down didn't work over the weekend, it has worked this morning. Everything seems good for now.

 

We're not happy at all though with the voip service as this is the 3rd failure since Dec 23, often losing 2-3 days of phone service each time.

Hi Modelman,

 

Could you switch the ONT, eero and DVA off and leave them off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on
