I have an HP Printer with the HP App. on my PC. With this I found I didn't need a pin or network security number. I needed to connect my existing printer to a new modem. With the app, click on 'Add new device'. The app shows the printer as it is already on your computer, and asks for the printer serial number (On a sticker somewhere on the printer), follow the system and wait for it to connect, which takes a few minutes. Your good to go.  Hope this helps someone in the future.

Hi Natalie,

If you mean wifi password and have the wifi hub, it's on the pullout tab on the back of the router

Hi,

Any clues for the talktalk network security number? So many numbers on the router and I don’t know which one is the network security number.

Hi @DaveGee1,

If you are just after your Wi-Fi Network password then it may well be on a label on the back or bottom of your router (depending on the model of router).

There may be two passwords on the label, ensure you use the Wi-Fi Network password, and not the router password.
