Hi,

there is no fibre line installed in my property and I spoke to my landlord, he said he would give consent to get it installed but first wants to know how it will be installed so that would require an engineer.

what should happen? Can you help me?

Till you set up an order, they won't be sending any engineer along.

Each building is different, so access needs to be determined on site.

There's nothing to stop your landlord using Chat or phone themselves, just to make enquiries, @Mohammed9.

It's just that there's a limit to the information that can be given at that stage.

Sooner or later, the landlord needs to accept that this has to be done as it is the only way to allow internet availability into the house (other than Virgin's cabling) for the future.

Thanks for your response.

my landlord does have to give permission before anything can be installed. Landlord said he will give permission but he first wants to know how it will all be installed, is it possible for an engineer to speak to landlord directly?
