Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • TalkTalk Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

Sorry, but that doesn't really help in diagnosing your issue.

 

What happens?

What devices?

What have you tried to rectify the issue yourself?

Have you checked out the help pages and followed their advice?

 

If you give more information then staff can look into further when back on Monday, or someone may be able to offer their help before then.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
