Hi, we have fibre internet and it`s been fine but today we noticed the connection keeps dropping, we hadn`t noticed before because our phones go onto the mobile net.
Today ( sunday) our tablet and laptops had no connection.
The los light is off on the wall connector and the router light is normal ????? any ideas ?

OK thanks. Could you try connecting a device directly to the ONT with the Ethernet cable bypassing the router so that we can see if it's a problem with the router

OK thanks. Could you unplug the Ethernet cable from the router and ONT and then plug it back in again and leave it for 5 minutes to see if the router connects

Router red, I rebooted that too.

Could you switch the ONT off for 30 minutes then switch back on and retest, if you still have no connection please let us know

this morning the router has a red light, tried rebooting it.
Socket is green lights.
