My internet keeps going off at midnight Everytime, I noticed it and told my partner and she now notices it too. We’re watching Netflix and it just stops completely, our phones no longer work and we then have to hotspot the tv from our phones. So even had to buy wifi a few times on our phones as the service in our area is bad already. Not impressed at all, we are now long elsewhere for a new internet provider.

Have you checked your Kidsafe - Homework Time setting in MyAccount?
