Hi I lost broadband yesterday, router flashing orange. Spoke to Emmeline who, after doing tests is sending engineer out. I borrowed an old router off a friend & the router worked, all but very weakly. Can you send me a new router. Obviously my router has broken down & I don't want a charge of £75 for an engineer.

Is the replacement router connected at the test socket?
Did you use the new cables and filter that came with the replacement router?

Hi I received new router but that has been flashing orange for the past 30 mins. Any suggestions?
