Morning my Internet went off suddenly yesterday. Talk talk said they had found a fault and would be sending out an openreach engineer in 2-3 working days. The wifi hub was replaced earlier this year by yourselves. The new hub now has no lights on it at all not even red. Will this also need replacing? I plugged an old hub into the same socket and the lights came on. I'm just needing this resolved as soon as possible as I work from home thank you.

I've ordered the replacement router, please allow 48hrs for this to arrive.
Please let us know how the connection compares with the replacement router.

Yes please as I believe there is an issue with the router and the fault that was identified that openreach are hopefully going to fix. Thank you.
