Just changed to fibre and the phone won’t work through the new router!

Hello everyone! 
apparently it will be up and running by the end of today. I have been in touch with the team so fingers crossed!

Hi there @Rania1 I would advise please contact the full fibre team on 03451720074 - VOICE - Mon-Fri: 9am-7pm; Sat: 9am-6pm; Sun: closed, as the full fibre order is not showing on my end, however I can see on notes that you are being migrated to Everymail, however I cannot see the full order.

@Rania1, did you specifically order VOIP when you put the order for Full Fibre through?

 

It's not automatic. Mostly it's data only, unless specified.
