We had an issue with losing connection to the internet under fault number REP-15877773. Its been Ok for a day or two but tonight started doing it again, with the internet going off 3 or 4 times.
Could you check the line again to see if there is still a problem please.

yes, it will repeatedly drop the internet connection then restablish after about 5 minutes.

Do you have any active monitoring for life threatening health reasons which is solely dependant upon your TalkTalk Broadband or Telephone line?
For example a care alarm, lifeline, health pendant or fall detector.

It went off again this morning at 10 am. The phone rang and the internet dropped completely for about 5 minutes.
