I have talked for over 1.5 hours with the help desk on message to cure the problem of speed dropping after 6pm at night until 6am the next morning I know I am getting 17mb to the router the problem happens after the router I have checked many different devices and they are all working fine but still show the same result when doing a speed check I am at a loss to what I can do next
