Moving home

I've exchanged on a house today and move on Friday 25th April. I'm currently on fibre 65 and my new house is eligible for fibre 65 according to talktalk's website. I've tried to use the online move home option, unfortunately it fails no matter what browser or device I try. When it fails it tells me to ring 08005428081 which is a number that isn't even in service. Could somebody please help?

Here is the number to our customer service department 03451720088 they will refer you to our home move team who will be able to assist you moving forward, you can contact them between the times Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm; Saturday - 9am - 6pm; Sunday - Closed

Others who had issues with the web facility, including myself, found that turning off pop up blockers or as blockers helped. If you use these try turning them off 

I also experiend the system trying to finish the process and a refresh and retry worked for me at that stage.
