This is really frustrating.... is there a reason and a fix?.... its been happening for months and am now contemplating moving providers. Help Please!

How are you getting on? Did you check your HomeSafe settings in your My Account, specifically Kidsafe and Homework Time?

Check your Homesafe settings in My Account, @SammyJay, in case a default has been set for eg Homework time or whatever:
