Hi
After having no Wi fi for over 3 weeks a talktalk engineer visited my home yesterday. He said after testing the router etc the problem would be escalated and would need an open reach engineer to come out and fix the problem. He said talk talk would respond within 24 hours , they rang when i was out yesterday and despite numerous efforts by myself to get in touch and speak to a human there has been no response.
What will happen next ?
