We were without any internet service from mid November until late December, our landline phone was working normally, openreach attended and gave their side a clean bill of health, after yet another long phone conversation they sent a talktalk engineer who diagnosed a faulty router, after a few days we received a new router, after installation nothing was recognised, after yet another long call the online customer service guy diagnosed that the router didn’t have compatibility with any of our kit, he spent some time trying to fix it to no avail,  neither our tv or Alexa would recognise the router, time for yet another long phone call, we received a visit from another talktalk engineer who diagnosed a faulty router, when we received the new router and commissioned it and it worked! About bloody time!

all this time we were being billed £47 a month for no service, we have recently paid £128 for the last month when we didn’t have much in the way of service, to say I’m upset is a colossal understatement, we were expecting a refund and apologies, I’m so disappointed, we would like to contact customer service but I just don’t want to give up more of my time!
