Internet dropping out several times a day. Reported in October 2024. 5 engineer visits. 22 hours waiting in. Still not fixed. Then TalkTalk has the gall to charge me for 2 engineers’ visits. Can’t sort on that honestly as TalkTalk’s system is down. Unbelievable.

After 22 hours waiting in for 5 different engineers, hours spent on the phone and the problem (since 29/10/24), still unresolved, I’ve had enough and am switching to Brsk. Absolutely appalling service from TalkTalk.
