I have had notification from Netomnia that full fibre network is ready at my property. Do I need to do anything or does it ll just happen automatically?

 

Can't say I've noticed any improvement in speed as yet

Never heard of netomania,I dont think  they are one of our suppliers, looking at your account Full fibre isnt available yet.

Ah. I see. I thought they might be subcontracted by Open Reach and I might have to activate something. I fell for that, hook, line and sinker.  Thanks for your help.

That sounds like marketing from an alternative network provider in your area. Follow up any links from their website to see what's available, nothing will "just happen."
