I recently upgraded to Fibre 150 but the speed cannot even reach 100 despite asking the autobot chat to run a fault finding scan. I've got a Talk Talk modem connected by WAN to a generic router which has only the TalkTalk logo. (there is no other brand name on router) There is no optical hub on the wall only the usual bt openreach usb connection to the modem and another slot for the phone connection (which i do not use). Any idea as to what steps I should take now?
