New install - master socket

Hi ive recently signed up but will require a phone line socket to be installed, i need to have then phone socket installed in my garage as the current router is wires up to my cctv (current wifi doesn't use a ohone line it uses a sim card from Three) there is a phone socket currently in my lounge (unused) and this is i assume where the phone line enters my house, but this is the other sode of the house away from the garage where i need the new one installling, after chatting with the online chat they said this shouldn't be a problem but looking at some posts on here it looks like it can be and i will potentially be charged extar for this?

Has anyone got any experience similar to this? Or will openreacg install the socket where i want it?

Thanks, this wasn't explained to me during the live chat and sign up, I'll chat with them tomorrow but i will be cancelling and using the cooling off period to cancel
