Hi,
There was a brief power cut in Edinburgh and my WiFi stopped working. I have tried restarting the box, trying a different socket and everything else but the hub will not turn on. I think the fuse may have blown in the adapter/power cable. Is it possible to have a replacement sent out as soon as possible? I work from home so need WiFi. Thanks

Thanks Chris.
Is there any chance you could direct message me some sort of tracking number so I can be in for the delivery or would it maybe fit through the post box?

Hi leerudd,
I've ordered a replacement, it should be with you within a couple of days, you'll also receive a returns bag to send the old router back in

Just to add I would be happy to source a replacement cable for myself if that is quicker I just need to know what cable to get, I believe it's a Sagemcom WiFi hub
