My Internet went down 3 days ago I have done all the usual resets, taking plugs out, taking all wires out and still no luck. I've notice the little open reach box on my wall has a red LOS light on. Tried to contact Talktalk with no luck. They are an absolute joke. Is there a number I can phone

Or you can wait until a support staff member responds to your thread in which case can you please details the steps you have tried yourself to rectify the issue, such as turning the ONT box off and turning back on. You will be asked this and more if you phone.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
