Hi @Ann45 

 

I hope that you do not intend to use WEP as that is so insecure these days. You should be using WPA2 Personal with AES encryption (the highest security on the 5464. However, I assume that you just mean the wireless key/password/passphrase. The default one is on the pull up panel on the rear of the router.
