I’m not tech savvy so struggling here.
our internet went slow on 4th July 24. I contacted TT and they put me on to a technician. He reported our router firmware was out of date. He starter a firmware update and we lost internet altogether. We were asked to reset the router, then switch it off for 30 mins. This didn’t work.
On 5th July a complaints manager said he would send a new router which would be here in 2-3 working days.
No new Router on Tuesday, Weds, Thurs, today.
After daily calls and being told to wait on the line while the ‘line’ was checked etc, we still have no router. Today we are told the router is pending.
After 20+ years with Talktalk and previously Tiscali, this is a poor service. A complaints manager is to contact me today. What next? Help

I'm not sure what is going on with the router so I've ordered another. It should be with you within a couple of working days, apologies for the delay
