No internet and no idea if fault has been logged

Private Message TalkTalk

Message 3 of 3

I’ve had no broadband all day. I’ve turned the route on and off multiple times and used the diagnostic tool and it’s still not working.

I’ve tried to log the fault online but am getting the error message below. This also comes up when I try check the status of the fault. Does anyone know what this means? Does it mean that my fault has been logged and TT is working on it? Or that due to the error TT cannot log my fault?

Last time I had a fault I got a text message confirming that it had been logged and the resolution time. This time nothing.

Hi @Googlestar64

Apologies for the delay.

Are you still experiencing this fault this morning?

@Googlestar64, are you in the Manchester area?

There was a widespread fault there earlier today, now resolved.

Is your internet now working fine?
