No wifi, Middleton Manchester. Suddenly cut off, tried everything to fix. X3 calls to talk talk which has been a waste of time no one there. Chat broke down twice no one there. Useless BOTs. Then a message pops up saying there’s a problem in the whole of the North West and it might take until Friday to fix?? Are you joking? Some of us use wifi for work. Can’t wait until Friday. Just a rubbish service with rubbish customer service can’t wait to transfer over to another provider.

Are you getting your wifi via Freedom Fibre? We're in Warrington and ours is also down with exactly the same problems trying to get any support
