Despite 3 calls to Talk Talk customer service, resulting in a couple of engineers trying to fix the problem with my internet connection, the issue has not been resolved. I've only had problems since talk talk took over from Shell. I believe I need a new router. How do I get one?

You would be best to speak to the dedicated Shell Migration team on 03451 720088 (open 9am - 7pm), as staff here have limited or no access to the Shell systems.
When you call is answered be specific and ask for the Shell  migration team.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
