My router is showing a steady amber and nothing will connect. I've turned it off and dusconnected, reset, tried 4 times to run the 'test' and just get an 'oops', the customer service number and text service just sending me round in circles and I have been waiting for an agent to reply to the live chat for almost 30 mins.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
