Which box do you have?

 

ITVX and All4 need a working aerial to confirm your region, but as to why iPlayer is not working I don't know.

 

Have you tried checking for updates?

 

If you try a box reset without an aerial connection you may have issues  with ITVX etc.

 

How did you set the box up initially without an aerial?
