Hi Guys,
Been having trouble with my internet connection today - really slow!
Rebooted, with a 40 minute break, my router at 6:00pm but speed tests to device are still only half the norm.
Please could you have a look at it for me?

Along with my post, I did an online line rest last night. Openreach are aware of a possible fault.
Please may I leave this thread open for 2/3 working days to see if it is resolved without your intervention?

Yes, still stuck on ancient copper that local engineers say should have been replaced two decades ago.
Openreach is now aware of the fault, thank you.

Is this wired, wireless, or both? Are you still stuck on a copper line with no Full Fibre avaiable yet?
