I am getting "DNS Name Resolution Failures" - showing in my router log - for several weeks

I am not seeing any actual problems in connecting

Could you please send any necessary updates to my router to cure this ?

This is a bug in the classification of syslog severity. These messages should be classed as INFO, but are set to ERROR. This means that you can't filter them out. I have already reported this bug.

This happens because one or more of your devices are accessing web pages or contacting servers etc, where the requested domains cannot be resolved to an IP address.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support
