On the due date for renewal, 21/01/25, I ticked Ts & Cs and then entered 'Click here to order'.  Another window came up which was ambiguous but I think meant I could cancel so I ignored it.

I have had no communication since and it does not show in My Account which merely shows the contract has expired and offers renewal at £3 pm higher than the email.

If I reorder I may find I have 2 contacts, how do I find out if the renewal has been accepted?

Hi @charlie-golf exactly what I've done, don't forget calls to fellow TT landline customers should be free!

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don't worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

No, since the renewal had already gone through there did not seem to be much chance.  But I will cancel the free calls option, which was on a discount at £8 and is now £16, and use the unlimited free calls on my £5 a month Lebara mobile a/c

Ah well done glad that worked for you. Did you succeed in winning an extra discount?

Thank you Divsec, I got through remarkably quickly and it was confirmed that the a/c had been renewed.  How it can take 10 days for TT to email confirmation I don't know, unless the Civil Service has taken over TT!

Hi @charlie-golf I'd contact 0345 172 0088, ask them to look at your account, then convince them that they really can give you a much better price. Also keep an eye on any boosts you may have, discounts on them may also be running out!
