Please can you push an update to my router please?

I have a FAST 5364 3.00  running GUI 5.100.1 and Firmware SG4k100174

 

It keeps rebooting. I guess the firmware is old and so pobably the first thing to check.

 

Can an update be pushed to it or do I need to donwload an image and upload it myself?

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

174 is the latest firmware for the sagemcom hub and has been around for a while now, this is not a new firmware version just rolled out.

 

Would you like me to send a replacement router for testing?

This router has been in the cupboard for a couple of years and I just connected it up. (I had a Huawei that was problematic, TT sent me a new Sagemcom back in 2021 but the Huawei problems went away so I never installed it. Now the Huawei is playing up again so I thought I'd plug the Sagemcom in).

 

Can you tell me the release date of the firmware I have - its possible that the reason it has kept rebooting is that it was updating itself. If the firmware is later than when the router was shipped to me then maybe it will confirm that the update happened automatically at registration.
