Hi, can someone do a check for me, im getting 21.6 down and 20 up, normally get around 55 down and 20 up....

It could be the SNR fluctuating. Is the router currently connected to your test socket?

Hi Chris, back up to 52 down but the router is struggling with connections, I wonder if its on the way out, it was only replaced around three months ago?

Hi JaceyBoy,

 

Line test is passing but sync speed has dropped. The speed drop isn't due to a profile change so could you switch your router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and retest - please let us know how you get on
