Hi. I've just email about a rise yet again on my broadband fibre. As I'm not happy about this I would like to cancel.

Im sorry that you are unhappy with the price increase, it has been part of our terms and conditions since we ended our fixed price plans a few years back.   All providers are raising prices in line with inflation, we are still competitively priced in comparison.

If this is the annual CPI + increase you have no right to cancel without penalty if you are still in contract, so if you give notice there will be early termination charges.

 

You may have finished a discounted period, if so you can always call and haggle or if you still want to leave give your notice to TT to cancel.

In either case you cannot cancel via the forum, you need to call 0345 172 0088
