Hi Michelle, its set to auto right now and I set the Bandwith to 40mhz for 2.4ghz and 40mhz for 5ghz and it seems to be working okay so far...

Wifi optimisation usually works fine but it's possible that it's automatically changing your wifi channel to one that doesn't work particularly well. You can now change the wifi channel manually without wifi optimisation interfering

Is the SNR active? because when I was having connection issues last year we turned it off and that seemed to sort the problem with a new router?

My son happens to be in the lounge, but his phone dropped out and also having problems reconnecting my Ring Doorbell since resetting the router to factory settings

Chris, still getting connection problems, also Netflix etc is freezing, showing me 51 down but dont think I am getting that, also my Ring Camera is not able to connect which is new?
