Router Firmware Update

Hi,

How do I request a firmware update for my router to ensure that I am on the latest version? I am having some trouble configuring a Pi-Hole, with symptons exactly as described by:

Is it possible to request a firmware update here?

Thanks for updating your Community Profile.

I've checked and your router has the latest firmware version 174.

Have you tried factory resetting the router and trying this again?

Just leave it switched on and staff will check the version.
