last night I sat down to watch a bonus stream football match as usual, but could not receive the game, I navigated down to the required game, but kept getting an error code XOL_00018, I switched off my latest TalkTalk box then after switching on again still got this error code, I have watched many bonus games this season

Not seen this error before, it may be unique to the App.

Try the content again, and if the error keeps occurring, press the button on the side 5 times to initiate a reset of the box, this will restore all app info and date, then see if the error still happens.
