How do I request a new router,wi-fi keeps dropping and it seems hot at the back…

new talktalk router all working better...got a returns label to send old one back,but post office cant scan it,coming up invalid

Make sure that your community profile is complete so that they can identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the SAVE CHANGES button.
