Hi has anyone had the issue where there 5634 router drops connection kicks everyone off the Wi-Fi then once reconnected the download speed has halved and remains like this until I turn it on and off via the plug.

I changed to a old router I previously had and it solved the issue, however I do not want to downgrade my router and use my current one still?

Hi @woodyuk1989

Apologies for this.

I've ordered you a replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Please let us know how the connection/speed compares with this router.

Thanks

Debbie

Sounds like a faulty router then. I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and replace it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
