Supposed to have my internet fitted today, no one’s turned up, tried to call to get this sorted, can’t get through to a real person, tried to get into my account, it won’t let me log in, this is an absolute shambles of a start to a contract. When will I get my wifi? Lord knows because I can’t get in contact and no one’s bothered to contact me
