I have a split network on my router 2.4/5ghz as I have smart devices.  Is it best to have both on a rotating or fixed ip and will this affect my smart devices if I do.  Any help would be appreciated as not that technical.  Thanks

IP address allocation is done after a wireless device connects to the network. The customer can choose to use normal DHCP allocation, DHCP Reserved, or static IP addresses.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support
