 Hi,

 

I have been suffering with very slow broadband speeds...i went on the online chat earlier with Bilal and he said he had fixed it and asked me to do a hard reset...a speedcheck then at 17.55 (see attached) increased the speed but as you can see from subsequent checks it is low again... Any checks that can be made your end please?

Do you have a device you can connect via ethernet to see how wired speeds compare to those wireless results you posted?
